Switch Plate Antenna

The ActiveTag™ system is built upon a framework of activators, receivers and antennae. The activators, as their name implies, start the process by sending encoded information to the receivers via an array of internal and external antennae. This initial information is combined with the tag info and forwarded to the final network receiver. The entire process takes less than a second and allows for real-time monitoring in discrete zones across a variety of applications such as asset management and personnel tracking.
Switch Plate Antenna:
A switch plate antenna is one of the more compact forms of antenna available. It is suitable for new or old construction and mounts vertically about 2” from the frame and midway between the top and the bottom of the door. Connected directly to the activator, the switch plate antenna provides maximum flexibility in terms of zone coverage and is ideal for various applications form asset management to personnel tracking.
The antenna is housed in an attractive and durable Plexiglas case that can painted if necessary. Its robust construction is specifically designed for use in all internal and external environments.
